Dean Russell Mertens Is A Skilled Structural Engineering Professional

With over 4 years of experience, Dean Russell Mertens is a Structural Engineer/Applications Engineer/Product Engineer, living in Oakwood Manor Drive, Cypress, TX. He is a very intelligent professional who seeks to explore his knowledge and experience in Structural Engineering.

He attended the University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in May 2012. In the April of next year, he passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (Civil). Dean Russell Mertens has been associated with this company since February 2012. He is working as a Product Engineer. His job responsibilities include assisting in product development, research and development departments management, customer requested testing, product designing for meeting the customer needs, overseeing test setup and procedures. He has maintained good relationships with purchase managers, purchasing agents, and more.

Hermann Park Conservancy: It is a non-profit organization which works for the improvement and management of Hermann Park. He completed Shell Oil Internship as GIS Technician/Cost Estimating Intern from June 2011 till January 2012. During this time, he mapped the region and utilities of the park with ArcMap 10 software. He also created a spreadsheet design of a maintenance plan including estimated annual cost of tasks and projects.

Cobb, Fendley and Associates, Inc.: It is a Mexico City based architectural design and civil engineering company. Mr. Russell remained here from December 2009 to January 2010. He worked for road reconstruction project and collected data for it.
Dean Russell Mertens is fully dedicated towards his work. His Academic Projects include Engineering Leadership Conference at Southern Methodist University, Student Research Conference at the University of Houston-Downtown, and Concrete Canoe Competition at University of Houston (ASCE).  His hobbies are playing basketball, travelling, and golf. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family members and friends.
